These terms govern your use of Agent Custodian. Please read them carefully before using our website or platform.

By creating an account or using Agent Custodian, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

Agent Custodian provides tools to create, run and govern AI agents, including safety checks, human review and company knowledge.

Workspace: the organisation account in which agents, knowledge and runs live.
Content: the prompts, knowledge, files and outputs you and your organisation add or generate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Administrators are responsible for managing access in their workspace.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to bypass safety controls, accessing data you are not authorised to access, or using agents for unlawful purposes.

4. Your Content

Your organisation owns its content. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it solely to provide the service.

5. Fees and Plans

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page or in your order form. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing period.
